It's boring. You've probably read something similar a thousand times before.But it has to be here. So here it is.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • In these conditions "the Publisher" means MANXMALL FREE Classifieds,
  • "the Buyer/Seller" means any person, firm or company using the MANXMALL FREE Classifieds System
  • "Web Page" means the pages that MANXMALL FREE Classifieds are located on, on the Internet.

Placing of adverts and use of the MANXMALL FREE Classifieds system are accepted subject to the following conditions: -

  1. This contract is personal to the Buyer/Seller, and the Buyer/Sellers may not assign or transfer or otherwise part with the contract without the Publisher's prior written consent.
  2. The Buyer/Seller agrees that MANXMALL FREE Classifieds acts as a facilitator and on-line venue only for the sale,advertising or promotion of an Item.
  3. Advertisement copy shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful, shall comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice, and with the requirements of current legislation.
  4. The Publisher reserves the right to make any alteration it considers necessary to or desirable to the Web Page or any banner advertisement and to require illustrations, artwork or copy to be amended to meet its approval.
  5. Buyers/Sellers can cancel their adverts at any time via their account..
  6. The Seller agrees that questions and complaints from persons accessing the Web Page or goods or services offered by the Seller on the Web Page are the exclusive responsibility of the Seller and the Seller shall indemnify the Publisher in respect of any claims or complaints brought against the Publisher by any such third party.
  7. The Publisher shall provide the service with reasonable care and skill in a professional and timely manner and the Web Page shall be designed materially in accordance with the agreed specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that it is technically impossible to provide the Web Pages free of faults and that the Publisher does not undertake to do so.
  8. The Publisher may at any time vary the technical specifications of its web site (or any part of it) for operational reasons.
  9. The Publisher may at any time remove any or all of the materials from the Web Page which in the Publisher's opinion are unlawful or have been placed on the Web Page in breach of this agreement.
  10. From time to time the Publisher will need to carry out maintenance on its equipment and systems, and shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that, in so doing, reasonable notice is given and minimum disruption to the Web Pageand/or any banner advertising is caused.
  11. The Advertiser shall report to the Publisher any suspected faults to the Web Page as soon as the suspected faults come to the Advertiser's attention.
  12. The Seller agrees to indemnify the Publisher in respect of all costs, damages or other charges falling upon the Publisher as the result of legal actions or threatened legal actions arising from the publication of the Web Page, or any part of the Web Page, or any banner advertising published in accordance with the instructions supplied to the Publisher.
  13. The placing of an advertisement or a request for banner advertising to be included on the Publisher's web site shall amount to an acceptance of the above.
  14. All product names mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners. Some documents may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information relating to that document or organisation. You agree that MANXMALL FREE Classifieds has not conferred by implication, or otherwise, any licence or right under any patent, trademark or copyright (except as expressly provided) of Manxnet Online or of any third party.
  15. The information contained on this Website is for information purposes. Whilst every care has been taken in its preparation, Manxnet Online does not make any warranties nor representations as to its accuracy or reliability. We neither accept nor assume any reliability in relation to the contents of these pages which should not be relied upon as accurate. In no event do we accept liability of any description including liability for negligence for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of this Website or its contents.

  19. We respect your  confidentiality and will not disclose any information we have to third parties without your express permission. Any client databases we have are for our own in-house administration and will not be given or sold to a third party without express permission.
